  1. Right of withdrawal
According to current legislation, you have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us viainfo@steelbylundbergs.seand enter your order number as well as the reason for the return.
  1. Return criteria
The product must be completely unused and in unchanged condition, including original packaging and all accessories, for a return to be approved. The product must have no signs of use, scratches or damage. Returns of products showing signs of use will not be approved. To ensure that the product is unused and in perfect condition, we may require photo proof before the return is approved.

Customized products
Special or customized knives are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, except if the item is defective during delivery.
  1. Return processes
To initiate a return, contact our customer service viainfo@steelbylundbergs.sewithin 14 days of receiving the product. You will receive a return instruction and a return address. Return costs and responsibility for the product during transport back to us stands for. Returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
  1. Inspection and approval of return
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the product does not meet our return criteria, the return will be denied and the product will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Repayment process
Refunds are made within 30 days of receiving and approving the returned product. Refunds are made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
