The Knife is a Sanmai Construction, This Means That The Knife Has 3 Layers of Steel. A hard core and soft outer jacket. The Core Steel is the Swedish Steel 26c3 from Uddeholm Also Called Spicy White and the Cladding Material Is Stainless Steel.
